I have had the Tour for more than a month now and have not had any issues until today. This morning when I tried to use my phone the trackball would move vertically but would not move horizontally. I did a battery pull, cleaned the trackball with compressed air etc and still it is not working. Tomorrow I am taking it to the Sprint store. If any one know how to fix this issue, please feel free to post.

The latest version of the software is 4.7.1.53. This update is not Over The Air so you will need the Blackberry Desktop Manager to install the update.
